I hereby apply for the position of customer service representative. Along with my two years’ experience. I’m a well-organized individual, who does any task that I am given with passion and zeal. I am also driven, in creating and maintaining a positive and productive environment. I possess natural skillsets which, includes but are not limited to; the ability to work well with people from various backgrounds, excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable and flexible, working methods. The disposition to work well under pressure whilst being honest and trustworthy. These skillset as helped me so far as a former supervisor and I have gained the understanding that interpersonal skills allow for a more comfortable and cohesive work environment.

 Having me as an agent will further enhance this organization cohesiveness and productivity, which are prime factors of a successful organization. Additionally, as an agent I will work with my team members to ensure that our clients’ needs are met and accommodated by creating a safe space for them to share their issues and work with them to find solutions.
