Hi my name is Jabar Yunus and my qualification is Masters in business administration. I did my specialization in Marketing and currently I have been working for a well known Telecom company in Pakistan for a long time. My current job role is a mixture of customer services and sales related. It includes all sorts of marketing related activities in order to generate sales lead and convert those leads into sales and above all providing a better customer services after the sale and building a strong relationship with the clients/customers. The main idea is to understand what is difference between the needs and wants of your customer/client and benefit them by providing them a better solution for it. Understanding your client requirements is the most important thing to be done in order to build a strong relationship with them.
