The Process:
1. We start off with an introductory meeting discussing your overall goals and objectives. Then we'll list out everything you'd like to accomplish. [It's not uncommon to have a list of 30 "to do" list items]
2. Using the list, we'll help you identify the highest priority item for your current given needs.
3. Then we'll breakdown that item into small work products and discuss deadlines and who will complete the work.
4. Finally, we'll work to keep you accountable by setting up work systems in your preferred method.
We use a variety of project management styles include waterfall, scrum/agile, kanban, rapid improvement projects, and even the 1% a day approach.
