I am working as an academic in a University in UK. My area of specialization in Human Resource Management, Management Sciences. I have around a dozen of research publications in highly reputable journals including 3-Star publications. I have expertise in data analysis in the social sciences and use SPSS, HLM, SmartPLS as statistical analysis software to analyze organizational data collected from the individuals to assess their behavior in the organizational setup.
