I have completed M.Sc Agriculture in Plant Breeding and Genetics. During the study of this course i have learned the many software programs which are used for the analysis in the field of plant breeding and genetics. I know to work with Software programmes like DARwin, NTsys, Power Marker, GENRES, QTLICI Mapping, WIN QTL, AMMI, STRUCTURE, TASSEL etc. Apart from the molecular analysis, i know the field experiments related analysis like Variability studies, genetic diversity studies, correlation and path analysis and principle component analysis. Despite of the knowledge in the analysis i am also capable of interpreting the results and can give the conclusion from the results.
