Innovation. Participates in the generation, experimentation, and implementation of new approaches and activities that improve and expand the Etisalat mission and work -Builds complex data visualization dashboards and reports based on the business need; -optimizing available tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel ,Power PI , Micro strategy ). This includes not only the front-end design but also the back-end data setup/configuration (overall understanding of SQL and curation of database sources) Uses a variety of ETL tools to cleanse, prepare, and aggregate data from disparate systems. -Trains teammates on Tableau and other available tools, and provide consulting/guidance as they create dashboards -Provides coaching as needed when working with his/her teammates on dashboards they are creating -Manages the Division’s Tableau/Power PI Server environment; including project setup, access, and administration Has a foundational understanding of SharePoint and/or is willing to learn SharePoint provisioning as well as basic creation and support -Create business intelligence dashboards and visualizations to produce insights to complex program data in ways that assist in translating organizational problem statements into actionable decision making practices -Formulate and facilitate the engineering of multi-dimensional databases, data models, and visualizations to accomplish the strategic goals of Business Intelligence and Analytics and help facilitate decision making by presenting complex data in a focused manner.
