DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES - I must do my job as fast that I can because we are having a KPI (daily quota) for each encoder every month. - I must do our daily reports on spreadsheets (summary of what we encode on that day) and double-check of all the orders are properly encoded and send it to all of the clients. - I must updates our trackers of every DME that we’re handling because from time to time, clients are changing/updating the rules of each DME if the patient's orders are qualified or not. - I must know all of the rules of every DME before I encode/put all of the information of the patients that are assigned to me. - All of my works would be accurate as much as I can.
