I worked in the BPO field for 10 yrs as a Data Analyst. First as a Vendor Data Analyst. My job before was we are processing claims of doctors and nurses on how to pay them correctly interms of the services provided to the patients. Second as a Vending Analyst. My job was we are accepting or declining orders from the customer depending on the card status they gave. If the card given was good, then we will automatically process it. If not, we are going to send it to the decline team to verify. The reason of declining was due to fraud or incorrect address. Once verified, we will process the orders. I also have a basic knowledge on network troubleshooting as a skill upgrade. Network troubleshooting under CISCO CCNA.
