• Explores opportunities for business improvement from available datasets.
• Analysis of business process, responsible for bridging the needs of the business and the system to be developed.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Coordinate with User Data related to the Analysis Report.
• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Manage and analyze success & retention data and feedback (performance results, conversion rates, traffic, sales, etc.) to help shape future retention strategies.
• Analyze short to medium-term issues impacting demand growth in the business. This includes customer segmentation, conversion funnel optimization, churn analysis, market scans, and experimentation.
