Job Title: Base Station Subsystem Network Operation Center Engineer (BSS NOC Engineer)

INFRAVISION    LIMITED (HUAWEI SUBCONTRATOR)                                2018 –till date

Responsibilities

• Responsible for 24/7 monitoring of all regional BTS sites, Transmission links via Huawei U2020 NMS
• Escalation and follow-up on outages, as well as fault rectification on the network with co-location vendors, BSS Engineers, Power Engineers, TAC team and other concerned stakeholder.
• Generate daily outage reports and other relevant reports as required..
• Documenting all outages and faults on the network (Downtime record).
• Provide Back office support to the BSS Team, Power Team, Enterprise Team, RF team and other relevant units. - - Create and assign trouble ticket, and provide timely update till closure
• Site tracking for updates using calls and SMS
• Manage site access with co-location vendors for field teams and other units as required.
• Reporting to the NOC supervisor

SKIILLS 

1. Ability to work under pressure
2. Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools
3. Good communication skills
4. Good knowledge of CRM tools such as slack, trello, etc
