I am a former Seafarer from the Philippines and trying to become a professional Freelancer as a Web developer. I have computer skills and knowledge of relevant software packages, I know about basic literacy and numeracy skills, also have average communication skills, both written and verbal, I have Self-motivation, ability to work independently and as part of a team and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. I am new as a web developer, graphic designer, logo designing and transcriber but has a passion for doing it and has confidence in my work that the clients won't be disappointed.
