Hi I currently work as a full time call center agent. I was worked as a Customer service representative for 4 years for a telecommunications company based in the United Kingdom namely T-mobile and it was re-named as Everything Everywhere and currently working as a technical support representative for Time Warner Cable. Undergraduate 3rd year college I took up Education major in Computer and minor in English. I am an expert when it comes to multitasking, efficient with excel, word, email and excellent when it comes to written and oral English communication. I value customer service and that is what I provide to my customers. I also have a background in Sales and marketing during my high school days I sell cars for my Uncle's shop for extras. I worked for a year in a sales account, I handle subscriptions for magazine like Times, sports magazine etc. I also have a background in home TV shopping as sales and customer service, at the same time I handled activation of credit cards for HSBC with a tie up with General Motors way back 2011. I also have a background with sales for Onstar selling minutes for cars. I make it a point that I excel in what I do and continue to outperform.
