The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for entering and verifying data in a variety of systems. This includes a wide range of tasks, such as maintaining data integrity, inputting data into various systems, and managing the flow of information. The Data Entry Clerk will work with a variety of data sources and formats, including spreadsheets, databases, and other files.
Entering new customer information into the system
Reviewing customer data to ensure accuracy
Updating customer account information as needed
Entering new/updated products into the system
Inputting product inventory data to the database - Uploading images to the system for products or marketing purposes
Entering vendor invoices into system for processing
Maintaining database integrity by running regular database maintenance scripts on all tables and indexes as required.
Working with IT departments to install software updates that may affect database functionality
