? Costing, preparing quotation according to clients’ request, issuing invoice, issuing outstanding payment report for the management and issuing work order for technical team. ? Raising purchase order to local as well as to overseas for the projects in hand. ? Responsible to ensure the liabilities are paid on time and receivable are collected on time. ? Shipment Landed Costing – On receiving the consignment evaluating the actual cost of the product and updating the Product database. ? Control the approved advance payment requests for suppliers and ensure the payments are done. ? Review on a monthly basis all Accounts for receivables, payables, and takes appropriate action to eliminate any pending items. ? Control and reconcile bank accounts on daily/monthly basis. ? Maintain financial records for each project in a manner that facilitates management reports.
