Hi! I'm Haizel. For 5 years, I have been working as a customer support assistant, in charge in assisting clients, queries,request and complains (personally, via phone call, and thru emails). From this, i learned how to prioritize clients' needs. I am also an admin officer, trained and became expert to reconcile periodic billing, prepare payroll documents and different communication letters. I have also worked before as payroll officer in a group of company(handling 7 fast food stores). I am proficient in microsoft office applications. I am a fast learner, can easily follow instructions.
