Currently, work for a client where I manage email and text channels in providing high-quality support accurately and efficiently. My most recent job in the call center industry was when I handled a US Healthcare account for more than 2 and 5 months where I received phone calls from doctors and medical facilities representatives. I discussed information about medical claims. payments, disputes, and more. I also have 4 months of experience in freelancing where I worked remotely as a Sales Representative for a pizza store. I received phone calls from customers from the USA where I made sure to resolve customers' concerns accurately and efficiently.
