I have background with using Excel mostly for data entry since I was a Secretary and a Marketing Assistant for a local Production. Also have used data entry when working in a call center. I used to work for an Airlines for a couple of months and lasted 4 years with handling a Sales and Customer Service account. I was trained to take in phone calls, doing outbound calls, respond to emails, and some back office work for back log orders. For the last 2 years with the said company, I have been a Trainer and a Supervisor during seasonal ramps.
