My three-plus years of solid experience in being an office assistant, as well as my last five years working first at the front desk of a hotel and then as the Sales Administrator and my interest in working with people as well as administration appear to align with the requirements outlined for this position. As does my Bachelor of Science in Cultural Anthropology with my Business minor. I have been developing my skills as a Sales Administrator, Guest Services Specialist and Office Assistant in several positions over the past twelve years. My office and customer service skills are outstanding, as is my abilities in data entry and accounts receivable. I have also demonstrated proficiency in getting tasks done right and on time. I have a vast amount of experience in word software such as Excel and learn new systems (paper and computer) quickly.
