- Maintains employees' contracts and 201 files (employees records);
- Conducts weekly inventory of employees' contracts and ensures completeness of records against the checklist;
- Monitors new employees' status for performance evaluation on the 3rd and 5th month; issues Notice of Regularization for employees who satisfactorily passed the probationary period;
- Conducts annual performance evaluation for regular employees; - Prepares monthly manpower inventory report, determines the manpower count variance against the standard manpower requirements for each position;
- Submits reports to Department of Labor and Employment Monthly Vacancy Report and Termination Report; - Prepares the Turnover Report and determine reasons of employees leaving the company; - Supports the formulation and implementation of HR and administrative policies and procedures;
- Supports the implementation of standard operating procedures in compliance with existing labor law and social regulations, health and environmental standards, security guidelines and 6S implementation in the facilities; - Processes government-mandated benefits and submits reportorial requirements;
- Updates management on the status of employees claims such as SSS Sickness and EC reimbursement and Maternity claims;
- Updates employees on any changes to processes and requirements in relation to government-mandated benefits and claims;
- Assists in the implementation of employee discipline and conflict resolution; - Addresses employees issues and concerns arising from compensation, benefits and privileges, leave credits, health care and insurance, Company assistance, policies and other HR matters;
- Supports timekeeping and payroll processing; monitors attendance and overtime hours through Personnel Attendance and Monitoring System; Supports employee engagement programs, satisfaction surveys and eNPS.
