Unit Nalagarh • PROJECT : report on “ Employee Absenteeism” EXPERIENCE:- About 7.5 years Experience in Personnel & HR department. Presently working with Vacxigen Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd as an Assistant Manager HR w.e.f 16 July 2018 to till date. Venue Plot No 37A & B, Electronics complex Chambhagat Distt. Solan HP. This company is manufacturer of Vaccines. Job responsibilityPresently handling overall project legal & NOC work like building plan approval, dealing with Pollution, Drug office, Electricity also responsible for registration in udyog Adhar/MSME/IME and handle regulatory work like licence from CDSCO and State Drug Control Like CT-11, Form 29 etc. KRA:- 1. Talent Acquisition as per recruitment & Selection process of HR 2. Induction & Orientation of New inductees 3. Handle regulatory work like get CT-11, Form 29, product approval from Drug office. 4. Review & restructure HR SOPs in line with GMP norms of Vaccine business. 5. Manpower Planning, budging 6. Organisational Planning 7. Performance Management. 8. Housekeeping 9. Handle Administration, security etc. 10. Policy development and document 11. Work on POSH committee facilitation 12. Compensation and benefit administration 13. Employee safety , welfare , wellness and health 14.Handling Employees Grievance and counselling 15. Conduct domestic Inquiry and issue warning letters etc. 16. Preparation of all statutory returns & records under various labour laws like ESI PF, Bouns, Factory License, Contract Labour registration and returns.
