I have been helping sales, marketing and growth teams by collecting and providing B2B Lead Generation, List Building(all type of email) services. I build custom email and prospect lists from target companies with target titles, location, contact person, industry etc. I will serve with honesty, reliability, flexibility and hard work. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inputting Data: Enter alphanumeric and numerical data into computer systems or databases accurately and efficiently.
  2. Verification: Review and verify the accuracy of data entered to ensure completeness and correctness.
  3. Data Cleaning: Identify and rectify any discrepancies or inconsistencies in the data through validation and cleaning processes.
  4. Organizing Data: Organize and maintain data in a structured manner to facilitate easy retrieval and analysis.
  5. Data Management: Assist in managing and updating databases, spreadsheets, and other data repositories.
  6. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on data entries to ensure adherence to established standards and guidelines.
  7. Reporting: Generate reports and summaries based on input data as required by supervisors or stakeholders.
  8. Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in typing with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.
  • Familiarity with data entry software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and database management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in data entry or related field may be preferred but not always required.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting techniques is a plus.
