Very familiar with Microsoft office programs. I had experienced working as a logistics planner wherein we plan the events of the doctors in the US from the place to held the business meeting, menu, etc. I had experienced working as a content writer for an online shopping giving descriptions to their products. I have worked with a lot of customers all over US providing excellent customer service, most during calls but I can also transcribe it into writing.
