I have more than 15 yrs. of experience in Data entry, Customer care and phone support... 

My main Job in my previous Company was data entry, which is to collecting data via phone calls and incoming clients and to input them in and excel sheet for further records.

 I also do customer care and support via phone and incoming clients dealing with their satisfaction and complaint.... 

I do the follow-up till the clients reached their requirements and satisfaction, after that i update their reports via ethe excel sheet... i also work on freelancer for similar job my last job till now is to collect number send to me by the seller and to call the number sa as to update the excel sheet with all necessary information heard during the calls.
