Hello, I would like to share my three plus experience in professional customer service which include multiple expertise in customer satisfaction and troubleshooting. Since, I have retired from employment work I have decided to start my freelance work. I humbly present my main skills in arranging documents, emails, sheets, presentations, diagrams etc. I have flexibality to work on several platforms as Microsoft Office, Google Office apps, Sun Openoffice and others. I decided to put my rate as low as possible to encourage clients to invest in my effort, and I look further more for positive feedback and outstanding customer experience more.
