On my Architectural work I was working on large scale projects as a Computer Aided Designer. Designated in detailed planning that’s going to be implemented on site and minimal supervision of the site works. Large scale project that I have been part of is Crimson Boracay Resort & Spa a five-star hotel in Boracay Island and South Forbes a sophisticated Mansions, Villas, Housing and Midrise buildings that is being develop in Cavite. I have been also working on a BPO Industry for 4 years. I started as a consultant/representative for a technical/costumer service then promoted as a Unit Manager which I was managing 15 to 18 representatives with diverse background and temperaments while maintaining a professional and genuine interest in their development. One of my task as a unit manager is to effectively deliver the required number of sales, productivity, schedule compliance, attendance, quality and costumer satisfaction on a daily basis by leading the team in achieving targets.
