my career history is mostly related to customer service. I worked for Vodafone Egypt as a customer service representative for about a year and eight month. Also, i worked for Hindawi corporation as Editorial assistant. As for my Job description, i am responsible for entering authors data on our data base, following up the whole editorial process with all concerned units ( departments), and giving feedback to authors regarding there articles publishing process.
