I have been dealing with customer on a regular basis for the past 7 years. Throughout those years, I was able to master phone etiquette and tackle day to day problems regarding financial issues. I always reach the target and most of the time surpass the metrics needed to pass the monthly scorecard. I am proud of my perfect CSAT(customer satisfaction) for the past year in my current workplace. I always think about the my customers' welfare ahead and I always think of how I can contribute as an employee.
