Over the last four years, I have acquired a wide range of experience in customer relations, data entry, data research, administrative roles, computer based programs, software programs, typing skills, logging support calls and emails. I am graduate from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology with an MSc in Biotechnology, although my career is in the field of science, I have always had a passion for people. Currently, am a laboratory manager in an agricultural technology selling company and a new mum. Am looking for part-time work to supplement my income and help out my husband with our finances at the same time utilize my aforementioned skills. In my current job position, am a first point of contact for clients and I’ve gained a lot of experience working with people of all types. I have been able to enhance my customer relation experiences through face to face interaction, chat and email support making sure customers get the very best support they deserved. Am precise in my work and good at articulating the features of a product, creating an instant rapport with a prospective client, troubleshooting and wisely resolving incidents to make customers satisfied and well-informed. In instances where I was personally unable to resolve, I professionally reported the issue to the relevant person in charge. I have also been involved in various projects that required data research, data entry and organizing large scale data mainly in excel and google sheets.
