I worked as a customer support representative in a call center for almost four years. During that time, I handled calls from all sorts people (from irate to passive). I also worked as a part-time travel agent for six months, and made outbound calls for sales and setting appointments. Prior to that, I worked as a data encoder for a British company for five months. My duties included listing prices of different e-commerce sites in Microsoft Excel. Also to a spanish business woman doing some research and filling out spreadsheets.
