My experience as Customer Service specialist for almost 4 years in a BPO company has taught me well on how to manage multitasking and work under pressure. I learned to navigate different systems as a tool for me to efficiently do my job. I am passionate helping others and resolving their concerns the reason why I enjoy my job during that time. Right now I have 4 months experience working online or home base as Ebay lister, researcher doing some admin task for the client's store such as monitoring and uploading tracking numbers for customers orders. I am also in charge in making monthly report of uploaded invoices. I am dedicated to work and very much willing to be trained for some skills if anyone will allow me to be part of their growing company and wish to be part of that success too.
