I was trained for Chat/Email/Phone support and also I can extract data from the ticket just like what we do in Amazon as a Seller Support.
I'm trainable as I can adjust in any nature of work there is, Flexible as I learn how to adapt to a shifting work schedule that changes every week, And a Team player that can finish every task/Job in a timely manner.
I also have knowledge using Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets quarterly, I'm assisting my mom with her Tax Report (she's an Accounting Manager) since she was unable to finish her job due to suffering in Hernia.
