I was assigned as email support for Wish an online shopping site, I answer email, process refund, return/refund, replace damaged items. Contact merchants, provide tracking information and other concerns with regards to the customer's order. Can answer 40 emails follow-ups, inquiry or complain plus processing of the customers demand. Also, as a data analyst/ deal representative for Savings a site which offers coupon code and best saving deals for the costumers. By hunting promo codes and deals from the merchant's website, other sites or deals given by the client via priority email, I create deals using the tool provided by the client. Can process 16 merchants and can create 21 deals to be live on the Savings site. I also have experience with office-related jobs, knowledge in MS Word and Excel. I already render my resignation with TaskUs and looking for a full-time home base job for me to take good care of my 4 months old baby. I can work full time and with less supervision.
