3 years experience as a Reporting Analyst dealing mainly with: - Creating/maintaining Microsoft Excel reports; Complex Formulas, Pivot Tables, Pie/Graph charts, Data Cubes, Merging/Separating workbooks, Linking/Detaching workbooks, VBA Codes etc - Creating/maintaining Microsoft Word reports/documents - Reporting and analyzing impromptu or trending data - In-depth experience with Call Management software such as Avaya, CMS Supervisor(Advanced Scripting knowledge), Cisco & ETS Supervisor - In-depth experience with Microsoft Outlook; Basic email/calendar operations, Email/Data Account Management, Backing up & PST management etc.
