As role of a data entry expert i always involved in transcribing information from physical documents, such as paper forms or reports, into an electronic format. This may include typing text from documents into a computer, scanning images of documents into an electronic format, or manually inputting data from one system into another. In addition to transcribing information. So, i am responsible also for verifying the accuracy and completeness of the entered data. This may involve comparing the entered data to the original source material to ensure that it is correct, as well as checking for any mistakes or discrepancies in the data.
In addition to my duties , i am responsible also for organizing and maintaining the data in a logical and easy-to-access manner. This may involve creating and stabilizing the databases, as well as organizing the data in a way that makes it easy to redo and judge.
So i am working on a freelance basis or as part of a team in an office setting. We provide work with a variety of industries, including finance, healthcare, and government, and some times it may be required to handle sensitive or confidential information in a secret manner.
