I will do this role is to accurately input and maintain various types of data into our computer systems and databases. I will have exceptional typing skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Enter and update data into computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it to source documents
- Review and make necessary corrections to data inconsistencies or errors
- Organize and maintain data files and records in a systematic manner
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in data
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
