Training Operations Management

  • Coordinating with trainers/consultants
  • Costing and pricing of training 
  • Scheduling of training and managing logistics i.e. travel, accommodation and necessary aide for the best outcome of training
  • Post training evaluation and preparing performance summaries of participant and trainer, supervise certification process 
  • Liaison and negotiate with the third party training companies on need basis.
  • Ensure that all the training records were maintain both in electronic and paper mediums.

  • Responding to prospective customer queries
  • Preparing and presenting customized solutions to customers according to their needs
  • Follow-up of submitted proposals
  • Negotiating terms and conditions of service with customers

 

General

  • Managing and leading 5 team members 
  • Assigning, distributing and following up of day to day tasks to team members
  • Screening resumes and short listing of candidates 
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of employees’ files with their history of education and experience, leaves and salaries records, and other necessary documentations. 
  • Conducting performance appraisal of the company staff and assisting the CEO in staff promotion process   
  • Working on monthly, quarterly and annual fixed and variable (incentives) salaries
  • Planning and executing orientation programs for inductees 
  • Arranging in-house skill development training programs for team members
  • Furbishing formalities for employees joining and leaving the company 
  • Review and update the plan for each month, quarter, and also prepare a management information report on quarterly basis giving numbers and revenue of trainings conducted against scheduled

  • Designed and developed maximum number of training programs in English as well as Urdu languages
  • Prepared journey risk management handbook using MS Excel and PowerPoint for multinational oil & gas clients
  • Organized the team taking important measures like on-the job and IT based computer training
