I have experience of data and and IT support for more than 5 yrs. I am able to execute problem and solve them with no time. Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits. Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output. IT Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs, and configures hardware and software, and solves technical issues as they arise. Because of the nature of the job, some companies may require their IT Support to undertake shift work.
