I've been working as a HR Staff (3 years) in a manufacturing company and handling the recruitment and organizational development process. In recruitment, I'm doing sourcing of applicants, set an schedule for them to initial interview, administering IQ, EQ and Personality test and endorsed to department head I've sourced. In Organizational Development, I've been doing assisting/conducting seminars, orientations and company programs. Aside from those jobs I have, I've been doing also administrative tasks like reports (daily, weekly and monthly in word and excel format), listen and attend to employees concerns and a variety communication task. Personal Virtual Assistant or Data Entry jobs is not new to me, I'll assure that I can do my jobs/project with accuracy and high regard.
