I have been in the Customer service industry for more than 4 years. I have been a Chat, phone, ticket, and email support agent. I am currently managing a team of customer service agents handling chat and ticket support. I have worked and still working with Amazon and Uber. Prior to this, I was at volunteered different organisation and fund raising programs so i can handle a bunch of new things I am willing to learn new knowledge and I am a fast learner.
