• I have a high school degree or equivalent.

For Thumbnail/ Logo design:

• 3+ years of photoshop experience.
• Experienced in photo manipulation.
• Have great understanding of visual design principles and elements.
• Working knowledge of graphic/visual trends in thumbnail design.
• I have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• I pay strong attention to deadlines and schedules.
• I pay strong attention to details.
• Familiar with Google Drive and Discord.
• Flexible to adapt with changing timelines and deliverables.
• Ability to work collaboratively with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization.
• Passionate for designing.
