I am a goal oriented person who believes in making a positive impact on whomever I come into contact with. Customer Satisfaction is what keeps me coming back to work the next day. I thrive under pressure and I'm not the one who settles for substandard work or second best in anything I do, although I do believe in second chances in life generally. I have been a Receptionist / Office Administrator / Data Capturer for more than seven years and a Call Centre Agent in a Credit Vetting environment for five years of my working career and in addition to work my experience I have a positive outlook on life, high enthusiasm and energy levels. Having worked in a Customer Contact environment and in Telecommunications companies I have had my Data Capturing, communication and Customer Care skills Sharpened and I believe that my previous work experience coupled with both informal and formal training that I had within and without these companies equipped me to add value to any Organization that I may work for. I strongly believe in Life- long learning and for this reason I continuously find and do courses with reputable institutions to stay up-to-date and relevant.
