My current work duties involve counseling and providing guidance to students regarding personal, academic, vocational, or behavioral issues. Setting the educational standards and goals, and helping establish policies and procedures to plan and develop instructional methods and content for educational, vocational, or student activity programs. Directing and coordinating the school maintenance services and the use of school facilities. Coordinating and directing the extracurricular activities and programs. I feel that my last work experience also helped me to develop an important skill set that is required for the role. I excel at communication with clients and possess the ability to think critically and remain calm in stressful situations. I am extremely enthusiastic about my job and enjoy working with people.
