I have over 6 years of experience in Medical and Insurance billing and am currently working as a Quality Assurance Analysis for an internet based web design company. My job duties include, but aren't limited to: making and running reports, creating step by step directions for new hires and other training material, reviewing work for accuracy, and providing data regarding research projects. I am proficient at Microsoft but have also utilized other forms of programs for writing. As for attention to detail, I would say that I am a little OCD when it comes to the quality of work I do.
