And then I applied as an RTA in IBEX Global. My job is to ensure that the company is having a profit from its employees. My duty is to callout agents who are exceeding their AUXes like call handling time and over breaks. I'm also responsible for talking to the clients and sending hourly and historical reports so they can know the stand-point of their accounts.
