BACKGROUND: My first job was in American Data Exchange or Amdatex for 3 years. I worked there as a Searcher. My main job is to find properties with questionable and fraudulent activities. From there, I worked in AIG as a Business Associate. My task is to reach out to clients and book their insurance policies on our system and amend any info updates that are required. And then I applied as an RTA in IBEX Global. My job is to ensure that the company is having a profit from its employees. My duty is to callout agents who are exceeding their AUXes like call handling time and over breaks. I'm also responsible for talking to the clients and sending hourly and historical reports so they can know the stand-point of their accounts. System Specification: - Laptop - Intel i7 processor - 8gb RAM - SSD (for quick boot-up) - 1 tb storage - Windows 10 OS
