    Junaid did an excellent transcription job. The phrases he did were, in many cases, nonsensical, but he was able to decipher the handwriting and he turned the project around in 24 hours. When I faxed him hand-written changes, those too were done in a day. I did scored "creativity" or "communication" as "good" because there was NO creativity desired, and communications were extremely simple. The technical skill and timeliness mattered here, and Junaid was excellent in that regard.
