I am an experienced customer service representative for two years. I was trained for inbound and outbound calls, thus giving me a broad knowledge on how to deal with different customers everyday in order to cater their different needs. Maintaining the credibility of the company while also assuring the customer's satisfaction and understanding with all the things that goes with it, is the main task I used to have. On the third year of my employment I shifted into becoming a data entry specialist who does a daily report and transferring of data from PDF, scanned document t excel file or vice versa. I also send and reply emails every single day. My typing speed is 56WPM, since the quality of being quick is a must I got to practiced and mastered such skill. My aim in every new job that will be assigned to me is to do it accurately and timely. When I started working online I was exposed to various role such as administrative work, data, assistant to executive personnel, telemarketer, cold caller, book keeper, property lister and web researcher. All the experience for the past 3 years had made me become more of myself and grow each passing day to be able to contribute to the success of every client/company I worked with.
