4. Technical proficiency: Familiarity with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheet programs.
5. Problem-solving skills: Ability to think analytically, identify issues, and offer appropriate solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.

Prior customer service or data entry experience is a plus.
