I am a mother of two and recently resigned from work as a clinical reader which mainly deals with data entry. I am looking for a full time work from home job. I worked with a coding company as a clinical reader which I apply medical coding knowledge in the review or evidentiary documentation in medical records. I also perform and complete diagnostic coding, abstraction of pharmaceutical studies, HEDIS medical records review and other related duties in a high quality. Aside from that I always make sure to meet our daily quota or try to exceed it but still maintain the good quality of my work. I worked with Unitedhealth Group as a non-clinical coverage reviewer. I worked with hospitals and the clinical team, including managing incoming and outbound calls, managing requests for services from providers and members, providing information on available network services. I also transfer members as appropriate to clinical staff and manage the referral process. I process incoming and outgoing referrals and prior authorizations, including intake, notification and census roles. I do encountered a lot of irate customers but I learned that the best way to deal with them is to listen attentively and let their anger bent out. Just don't take it personally because in this line of job irate customers cannot be avoided. But despite of their stern approach I still treat them with an utmost importance and with respect because I always bear in mind a good quality service towards my customers. I always reach our weekly quota because I am dedicated to obtain a good performance in every shift because I don't want to be a mediocre. I am a team player and I know how to get along with my co agents. I always organized my task for me to do better at work. And I am always ready to learn new things for me to expand my knowledge.
