I am a highly organized multi-faceted detail-oriented individual with a master's degree in library science from Indiana University - Bloomington. I have over 10 years of combined experience working in a managerial capacity, 6 of which I served as the library director of a nationally recognized 501(c)3 nonprofit, where I have been responsible for everything from optimizing/auditing large membership databases, volunteer coordination, member outreach, advertising, project development, exhibit development, financial processing (batching, monthly reconciliation), as well as general administrative tasks such as transcription, minute-taking, and contract management. I have in-depth experience with a variety of databases (Raiser's Edge, Past Perfect, CVENT) as well as data entry for online storefront technology (Volusion and Magento). I have up-to-date experience with popular Microsoft Office technologies such as Word and Excel, as well as basic image processing using Adobe Suite tools. I also have project management experience in Jira. Furthermore, I am adept at learning new technologies on the fly, so I can quickly adapt to your specific business processes and requirements. In short, I can ensure that your goals are handled in a timely and professional manner, regardless of the number of skills and technologies required. I am primarily looking to develop relationships with companies and individuals who are looking for professional administrative services, either to temporarily augment their existing business processes or to help establish new ones.
