Currenty I am working at Total Bulk Corporation Sister Company of Asian Alcohol Corporation one of the Distillery Operations here in the Philippines which is the primary nature of Businesss includes Hauling of molasses, Processing of Alcohol, Hauling of Jet Fuel from Philippine Airlines. I was assigned as an HR Staff particulary in Statutory Compensation and benefits of employee's such as processing of loan applications, leave benefits, facilitates monthy preparation of payments, managing paper works, facilitation during seminar and HR activities, recruitment, and other assistance that can be availed by employee's. In my two (2) years and eight (8) months of experience. I was given the opportunitues to developed my skills, work ethics, deal with people, exposed into different areas of my works and enhanced my potentials as an individual.
